I don't even want to venture down the track that says, "Can you believe the end of the year has come so quickly?", but that is exactly what I find myself doing time and again, conversation after conversation. This year has seemingly sped by in a blur of activities, happenings, editorial challenges, operational demands and design up-and-downs. But in all this blur we've had tremendous fun, learning on the run and finding the privilege of presenting you with each issue truly amazing. So from all of us at MyFaith Magazine, a great an heartfelt "Thank you" for supporting us by reading all we had to share. Enjoy every page wherever you are, and wherever you go. Lying on the bed or on a beach, sitting under a tree or on a chair, at a coffee shop or in a mall, it doesn't matter where, just have your faithful companion with you.
Know this, that your encouragement through emails, letters and the odd phone call has made the world of difference to us and, in fact, keeps us inspired to continue into the new year. Over this festive season we wish you true peace and prosperity, a time of rest, recollection, regrouping and strategizing for the tasks lying ahead!
In all the hustle and bustle of this 'Christmas Fever' I would like to encourage each of us to find those quiet moments of reflection. Some call then Selah-moments. Let us remember the outcome of this humble birth, planned before the foundations of the earth, and also remember the phenomenal impact it has on our lives! May this also be a time of raucous celebration in honour of the King Who has our every heartbeat collected as a symphony in heaven.
